An interactive virtual art work for the Govenrment ICT Centre Valtori. The project was implemented through an art competition organized by The Finnish State Art Commission.
State information systems are used to evaluate various statistics or data sources. However, these indicators lack a mapping of citizens' feelings. With the interactive work The State of Emotions, I want to provide alternative information, create indicators and tools for how to map citizens' emotional states. The work is based on a psychological emotion map published by the Finnish Mental Health Association.
